Job Qualifications:	Experience in and knowledge of business, finance, the stock market, and business plan writing; excellent communication skills (oral and written) are essential; motivation, enthusiasm and a passion to work with and mentor a diverse group of students are required. You must be flexible, coach-able, open minded, and have some previous teaching/training/coaching experience, with an appreciation of soft skills, the “intangibles for success” which are an integral part of the curriculum. Ability to relate to students and control of the classroom is a MUST. MBA graduates with work experience in finance, management, entrepreneurship, and marketing are preferred.
