Building Outstanding Leaders Today (BOLT)

BOLT was initiated and created by ABL President & CEO Anna Ouroumian in 1999. BOLT was launched in November of 2000 with an overnight Ropes Course training in Malibu facilitated by Fulcrum. BOLT is a yearlong follow-up to the SBI program. It is open to the top 20% of SBI graduates and provides bi-monthly Tuesday Evening and Saturday Seminars, internships, an advanced stock market competition, one-on-one mentoring, community service projects, college preparation, Ropes Course training and team building overnight retreat, CEO roundtables, and SBI peer coaching. In 2001, ABL teamed up with the USC Marshall School of Business where 45 undergraduate students mentored the BOLT participants.
